Perforated top and Flush Grid Modular Belts

Our System Plast™ perforated top and flush grid modular belts are offered in a variety of pitches, widths and thicknesses.  A variety of materials are also available to provide conveying solutions for almost any application.
 Due to their ability to be assembled in wide widths of over 10 feet (3000+ mm) they are typically used for mass handling of bottles/cans or accumulation tables.  Other popular applications include the transport of case/cartons, PET bottles, glass, and shrink wrapped packs.

Standard imperial and metric width models are available to provide conveying solutions to North American or European based manufacturers.  Straight and sideflexing varieties in Flat Top, Flush Grid, Perforated Top, Grip Belt, and Low Back Pressure ensure complete application coverage.  Multiple resin materials including our popular Low Friction Gray acetal (LFG), NG™ EVO conveyor chain plus others are available to best suit each application.
